Works are nearing completion - the pool is almost ready for filling, all beach front cottages are complete, restaurant and bar ready, and the pool side rooms only have interior works remaining.

Plenty going on this month as some friends came to stay and it gave an opportunity to train some of the staff. The weather was great and the opening will be early February 2012.
November 2011
Not many construction photos as much of the work is in the ground but here are a few general photos that show that completion is getting closer.

Finally the rains abated and the sun shone again. The sea and sky are amazing shades of blue.
August/September 2011 - More Rain
The rains continued and progress was slower than hoped, but we now have 4 beach front bungalows at the final fitting out stage, three two story pool side villas up to first floor level, the staff accommodation has started and landscaping is taking shape.

July 2011-The month of rain
July was a month of heavy rain, but the prototype was completed and other single story units were progressing well.
The Roof has a glazed center panel so you can look up at the stars from the bed.

May 2011- First signs of a resort
The nursary has many colourful plants sprouting and the masonry block fabrication line is producing 100 blocks per day.

April 2011 - Construction Starts
Construction finally started in April with Bill moving to Busuanga, buying a little truck and setting up camp on the resort site it Cheey.
During the month there was plenty of activity with all the systems being put in place. Bamboo treatment plant erected to ensure the bamboo will last, block making factory established to save the transportation from Manila, site office erected, nursery established to grow the plants needed for the gardens, and generator installed. All is set to start the construction of the first prototype hut during May.Below are a few photos of the installations.
